We deliver licensed Mental Health First Aid training directly to your organisation. Designed to fit your schedule and team needs, our on-site courses make it easy to equip staff with life-saving mental health skills, without leaving the workplace. Available across Newcastle, Sydney, the Mid North Coast and regional areas.

Capacity: 6-22 People
Suitability: Individuals, workplaces, volunteer and community-based groups. Any adult (aged 18+ can attend).

Our in-house Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training is delivered over two full days or split into four half-day sessions, depending on what works best for your team. Each session includes hands-on activities, real-world scenarios and group discussion, all facilitated face-to-face by a licensed MHFA instructor. This format ensures a practical, engaging learning experience with strong knowledge retention.
We offer in-house MHFA training for groups of 6 to 22 people. This setup allows for a highly interactive and personalised experience, giving each participant the time and space to ask questions, practise key skills, and feel supported throughout the course. Natalie Mesiti is a licensed Mental Health First Aid instructor with a background in psychology. She has delivered in-house MHFA training to schools, government teams, healthcare workers, and businesses across Newcastle and beyond.
