The course is designed for a wide range of participants, including individuals, workplaces, volunteer groups, and community-based organisations. Any adult aged 18 and over can attend, making it accessible to anyone looking to enhance their ability to recognise and respond to mental health challenges within their environment. This training is particularly beneficial for those in client-facing roles, anyone supervising others, working within teams, or anyone else keen to improve their understanding of mental health and support those around them.

Yes, all participants who complete the course will receive a Mental Health First Aid certificate, valid for three years.

You can book a course by contacting us through our website’s contact form or by calling our office directly. We’ll work with you to schedule training at a time that suits your team.

No prior knowledge is needed. The course is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background in mental health.

If you’d like to complete the course on your own or with a small group, we’ve got a solution for you! You can attend our Mental Health First Aid training through our public courses, which also gives small groups the opportunity to combine with another organisation. We encourage you to check out our ‘Public Courses’ page, where you can view upcoming sessions and easily enrol or inquire as an individual or small group.
